They build the most complex technical installations. From the Sahara to the North Pole and everything in between. But what NieuweWeme truly builds goes far beyond technology.
After a turbulent period and a transfer of ownership, not only the company was at stake, but also its pride. In 2024, Menno Kunst called: “I’m taking over a company out of bankruptcy, and I need help.” That phone call gave us goosebumps. Because the real transition wasn’t about technology. It was about the NieuweWeme team. Skilled craftsmen who stand by each other through thick and thin, taking on every challenge together.
We started by shifting back: from 2.0 to 1.6. First stability, then progress. Together, we built a strategic compass: global impact, rooted in Twente. The shift was clear: from separate disciplines to one unified story. Skip the scope split, we do it all. From working on projects to building pride.
We made it tangible: a positioning as the “most down-to-earth integrator,” a brand that shows real people, and communication that resonates. From workwear to photography, from onboarding to the website, we invested in pride and connection.
Today, NieuweWeme is a proud Twente-based company with a strong identity and a solid foundation. Creating sustainable impact on a global scale through its projects in hydrogen, energy, water treatment, biogas, recycling. And we are still right beside them, because this journey is about more than growth. It’s about shaping a remarkable organisation that invests in its people and commits to long-term relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Three words that say it all. About people who enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do. That's not a coincidence, that's ambition.
We started by listening. Not just to the business goals, but to the heartbeat of the people behind NieuweWeme. We stabilized first, then built step by step. Strategy, identity, communication, and culture moved as one. By working on-site, we ensured every choice was grounded in daily reality and shaped a future everyone can be proud of.
A word by Menno Kunst, owner of NieuweWeme:
“Supa Dupa understands better than anyone that marketing isn’t about polished stories, but about who you truly are as an organization. They connect the human side of Team NieuweWeme with our commercial direction. No slick narrative, just something that genuinely fits. From the inside out.
What sets Supa Dupa apart: they don’t stop at strategy. They make it concrete. From sharp positioning to creative initiatives and smart AI solutions that help us find new customers. Energetic, honest, and always focused on what actually works."

Together with the team at NieuweWeme, we believe that when people flourish, the organization grows. So the standard contracts full of obligations went into the bin, replaced by one simple A4 built around a single question: how do we strengthen each other?
We created an employee handbook that isn’t a rulebook, but a reflection of culture. “Great to have you here. Welcome to the team. This is how we do things around here.”
Because when you grow, NieuweWeme grows. That’s how we build strength together.
We helped NieuweWeme redefine its direction, building a clear strategic compass anchored in global impact and Twentse roots. This alignment between brand, culture and business created focus, confidence and a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
By working embedded and on-site, we guided the organization from stabilization to acceleration. Together, we rebuilt trust, strengthened internal cohesion and restored pride, turning a restart into a shared future.
We turned strategy into visible pride, from boldly wrapped vehicles and strong workwear to a powerful digital presence with authentic photography. Every detail reinforces identity and makes people proud to belong at Team NieuweWeme.
